The setting-up of a local radio station in a decommissioned lighthouse in the remote seaside village of Creegan, on Scotland's southwest coast provides the setting for this quirky film drama. When the media comes to town it provides a new focus for the village-folk. Some want to be personalities; some are happy to be listeners; some don't want it at all.
